Katherine Bruner has been doing art since she was a child. She was the first youth member of the Intermountain Society of Artists. She took private oil painting and figure drawing classes throughout her life and focused on painting people. She worked in health care for 30 years and served many clients from all walks of life. She is now retired and focused on painting the people she loves including spiritually based paintings. She is currently offering classes through the TAF to share her knowledge in art, painting, and how to paint a portrait lovingly as well as with accuracy. She is currently a member of the Utah Valley Artist Guild and the Inspirational Art Association. She recently joined the Hein Atelier and shares what she learns to assist others in improving their artwork. Her artwork hangs in the Highland South Stake Family History Center.
