Display and/or Sell Your Artwork

 is inviting interested artists to submit artwork for our 2024 Fall Gallery

Show Dates:  November 8 & 9 

Entry Fee: $5 per art piece (only 3 entries per artist)

Artist Reception:  Friday, November 8th  6 - 7 p.m.

Open to the public Friday November 8th  7-9pm 
Saturday November 9th 10am-2pm 

Art Drop Off:  November 7th ,6-8pm
Art Pick Up: November 9th  2-3pm 

Deadline : November 1st. 

3 entries per artist - $5 per entry

  • Artwork will be juried and the top three will be awarded an entire month to exhibit works of theirs at the AF Library the month of February.
  • Artists will have the opportunity not only to sell their original artwork entered but able to sell any prints of artwork of the artist.
  • 20% of all sales will be donated to TAF Visual Arts Visual Arts a non-profit organization.  To help build and bring the visual arts to the local community 


  • All works for exhibition must be properly framed and/or matted.  All 2D works must have a wire securely attached on the back for hanging.  Any work submitted without a wire for hanging cannot be considered for the Gallery. 
  • If any art work exceeding 36 inches in each direction please contact Debbie Wood, Visual Arts Program manager.
  • Entry fee is $5 per art piece. 
  • 3 Original art pieces per artist - Artist may sell their art piece.  
  • Artist may bring prints to sell of artwork they have created (must be from your own original art).  Artist need to have their prints packaged and labeled clearly with the price.  The prints should be dropped off at the same time as art pieces are dropped off. TAF will handle any sell for the artist.  Artist will receive 80% and the gallery will retain 20%. 
  • All works must be delivered and picked up at the designated times.  Drop off:  November 7th 6-8pm  at 53 W Main St. Pick up: November 9th 2-3pm.  

To Enter:

  • Final Registration is November 1st. 
  • Please submit a digital image of each entry together with your Name, Address, Phone number and Email to [email protected]  In Registration you will need to  have each entry titled, artist statement, size  and the sale price, if it is for sale.  For all art sold from the gallery 20% will be donated to TAF Visual Arts Program.
  • Any works the artist sells TAF will mail the artist a check.  
  • Only digital entries will be considered.  (please do not refer us to your website).

* All participating artists need to register ONLINE . Early Registration is Oct. 21st Final registration November 1st at midnight
* Limit: 3 submissions per artist
* A printed copy of the confirmation email may be required at the art drop-off
* Artwork must not exceed 36 inches in any direction
* Artwork must not exceed 15 pounds
* All art entries must be picked up at the Arts Center on Saturday , November 9th , 2024 between 2-3 p.m. unless other prior arrangements are made.
* All 2-D artwork must be framed with a wire hanger on the back.
* All sales of artwork from the event are subject to a 20% commission fee payable to the Timpanogos Arts Foundation.
* I certify that all work is original, handcrafted and created solely by me.
* I understand that Timpanogos Arts Foundation (TAF) is not liable for loss or damage to artist's property.
* I waive, release, and agree to hold TAF harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damage, etc. arising or resulting from participation in the TAF Fall Gallery.
* I agree to pick up my artwork during the designated times unless prior arrangements are made. I understand that artwork not picked up in accordance with these terms may be disposed of by TAF.
