Awards Night: Tuesday December 10, 6:30pm in the AF Library Community Room

Pick up: Friday December 27, 2024  4-5pm 

 Signup Deadline: Friday November 22nd at midnight

  • All works for exhibition must be properly framed and all 2D works must have a wire securely attached on the back for hanging.  Back of a picture frame with wire attachedAny work submitted without a wire for hanging cannot be considered for the Art Show. For example click here.
  • All works must be delivered and picked up at the designated times.  Drop off:  Monday November 25th 4-6pm  at AF Library Community Room  64 S. 100 E.  Main St.  Art Pick up: December 27th 4-5pm

* This is a non-adjudicated event.
* All participating artists need to register ONLINE before Friday November 22, 2024 at midnight.
* Limit: 1 submissions per artist
* A printed copy of the confirmation email may be required at the art drop-off
* Artwork must not exceed 36 inches in any direction
* Artwork must not exceed 15 pounds
* All art entries must be picked up at the AF Library on Friday December 27, 2024 between 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. unless other prior arrangements are made.
* All 2-D artwork must be framed with a wire hanger on the back.
* I certify that all work is original, handcrafted and created solely by me.
* I understand that Timpanogos Arts Foundation (TAF) is not liable for loss or damage to artist's property.
* I waive, release, and agree to hold TAF harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damage, etc. arising or resulting from participation in the Children's Art Show.
* I agree to pick up my artwork during the designated times unless prior arrangements are made. I understand that artwork not picked up in accordance with these terms may be disposed of by TAF.
